Levitt v Bear Stearns, 340 F. 3d 94 (2nd Cir. 2003) Upheld class action against Bear Stearns for participatinng as a clearing firm in a fraudulent scheme with Sterling Foster, a now defunct brokerage.
J.P. Morgan Securities. Recovered on behalf of an investor $1.4 million against J.P. Morgan in an NASD arbitration for making unsuitable recommendations.
Mulder v. Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette , 208 A.D.2d 301, 623 N.Y.S.2d 560 (1st Dept. 1995); 224 A.D.2d 125, 648 N.Y.S.2d 535 (1st Dept. 1996) - right of employee to recover for being fired for reporting wrongdoing and right to recover punitive damages in arbitration in New York.
Glennon v. Phelps & Co ., NASD arbitration - right of employee of brokerage firm to recover for libelous statement on U-5.

Insurance: CPH International v. Phoenix Assurance and British Airways , 1994 U.S. Dist. Lexis 7751 (S.D.N.Y.) - recovery on all risk policy for 13 separate air shipments of goods.
Ayuob v. American Guaranty , 605 F.Supp. 713. Represented insurer on policy covering goods located in Liberia.

Litigation:

George Haug Co. v. Rolls Royce Motor Co. , 148 F.3d 136 (2d Cir. 1998) - upheld Robinson-Patman antitrust claim.
McSpedon v. North Star Electrical Contracting , 174 A.D.2d 373, 571 N.Y.S.2d 6 - recovered $2.5 million judgment for value of shareholders' shares after dissolution.

Fulfillment Solutions Advantage, Inc. v Novis, Supreme Court, Nassau Co., 2004.  Judgment piercing corporate veil for over $500,000.
